Refund & Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that items are returned in their original, unused condition with intact packaging and original labels.
Exceptions: Damaged items or products not in their original packaging or missing original labels are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Processing: Refunds are issued via Instapay, mobile wallet, or bank transfer after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed.
Exchange Limit: Each item can be exchanged only once. Once an item has been exchanged, it is not eligible for further exchanges.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days for customers in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria.
